"An unscrupulous business. I went in for a specific furniture set in a specific color, a set that I already own that I purchased in another state. Furniture Center at Arroyo Crossing ordered the wrong set and claimed I knew because I signed a document only listing a model number, as if I knew it was the wrong model number. I picked the set and asked if they could get it in a specific color, i was shown a different set but it was to confirm the color. I was then shown a catalog to confirm the color again. If I agreed to the second set why would the sales rep feel the need to show it to me again in a catalog. We discussed the color and the set I was shown in the catalog had a different headboard. I clarified the set I wanted with the style headboard I wanted. Why/how would I as a customer know the model number on the sales sheet was not the set I wanted. At this point I also don't know if they scammed me and charged me more for a cheaper set. They also want me to pay over 30% for a restocking fee to fix their mistake. Their manager made false claims of how the transaction went, claiming she viewed footage of me but refuses to provide proof of this video. Do not shop here, who knows what you will get."

"I spent over $10,000 in furniture last few years buying from them furnishing my condo and then my house. They inflated their prices ridiculously up to 60% after Covid & most of their furniture doesn’t last more than a year or two tops . They offer warranty but then when you contact them they tell you another person (female) handles warranty but she never answers or calls back . Last time I called them regarding my $3000 sectional that lasted 8 months the zippers started breaking , the material fading & foam just unleveled. I tried to call them multiple times and they said that they will take care of it they just needed manager approval. I didn’t receive call backs or approvals ever. I called them again at the one year mark then they said warranty expired but they will look into it because I already called multiple times 3 months before. Save your money don’t buy here . They are overpriced & their quality is horrible . Their models in store look nice but when your item gets delivered it doesn’t even look close to what it is on the showroom floor. I paid $3000 for a couch that’s falling apart zippers breaking in different spots. Nothing was covered under warranty to replace cushions/zippers."

"DO NOT purchase anything from Furniture Center. The sectional I purchased ($2400) was constructed incorrectly (the nap of the fabric is not flowing in the same direction as it should be for a sectional). Chris Castillo, claimed he was the owner and was rude and not willing to help rectify this. I didn’t want my money back or to return it, I just wanted one of the sides to be remade to match the other. See below for the picture showing the cushion(s) rotated proving it can be fixed by rotating the fabric before sewing. The girl who answered the phone at another location claims she doesn’t know the owner’s name (and said it is not Chris Castillo) and said she would NOT get a message to the owner or give me the info to contact the manufacturer. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I wish I could give 0 stars. Update: After leaving many bad reviews and disputing the credit card charge, I was contacted by Furniture Center and was told they would pick my sectional up on Wednesday 9/25/19 and I was to go to the store on Thursday 9/26/19 to pick out a different fabric. They refuse to use the same fabric (which I can accept). 10/2/19 I received a phone call from Karina at Furniture Center's warehouse stating that because I opened the credit card dispute, they would not be returning my couch. I explained I had opened the dispute during the time frame when they were refusing to help and I would be canceling the dispute once my couch was returned. She said no, I had to cancel the dispute first or they would be keeping the $2400 (according to her they were already paid) as well as the sofa. I told her that was theft. She said they have the paperwork I signed when I first had the sofa delivered as well as the pictures of the sectional in my home. I asked if she was saying they would deny picking up the couch and are saying it's still in my possession to which she said yes. I asked again if she was saying if I didn't cancel the dispute before getting the couch back if they were keeping the couch and the money and she verified that was correct (I have this recorded). She also stated they are having their legal team drawing up paperwork for the extra costs they have incurred (shipping the couch back to the manufacturer, reupholstering it and shipping it back. I am appalled that my sectional is "being held hostage" and I was threatened I wouldn't receive it back or money back unless I dropped the dispute before the couch was back in my possession. I have never dealt with such a hateful person who blatantly admitted they would keep my money and the item. Do not buy from this dishonest company!"
