"KTA is an essential shopping stop in Hawaii. They have a great mix of items and food you might not find anywhere else. As a local I do my bulk shopping at Costco, but my weekly shopping is split between farmers markets, food stands and KTA! Incredibly friendly staff, this old store might be a bit darker and dingier than others, but it has products you would not find anywhere else. Plus fresh produce that wasn’t shipped from a huge farm on the mainland! I’m a snacker, so I appreciate the variety of old school and modern treats. Literally something for everyone… since we all gotta eat. Eventually."
