I have some of the worst 2nd and 3rd degree burns on my shoulder and down my arm… Everyone is helpful, extremely compassionate, and so supportive during this difficult time. They made sure I was pain free and comfortable before anything, walked me through all the procedures and after care. So grateful for the team working there! Thank you!"

"Me and my wife was coming in for a work injury (we both work at the same place mind you) (And I was explaining what happen) and the doctor we had was rude and cut me off when I was trying to help explain what happen to my wife. and then our nurse pushed down with hard force on my wife's bruise when she said it was sensitive and sore. Though we had two good nurse that were nice but after this experience I'm not going to take my wife to this hospital"

"The Doctors and staff are some of the best medical staff I have experienced while in hospital. I have a COVID emergency and they through everything at it to stop its progress. The staff were very responsive, caring and helpful. I’m a tourist as well and had only arrived in Honolulu the day before from the Big Island, so I only had my wife to support me, but who couldn’t visit, because I was on the isolation ward. The staff were aware of my situation and really did all they could to make me feel relaxed. The Doctor was very responsive to my needs helping me recover in time formy flight home. The Doctors and staff at Straub would be the only reason for me to return to Honolulu. Their service was better than the Outrigger Reef, where I had a shortened stay thanks COVID. I can strongly recommend straub medical clinic honolulu for their excellent staff and technology."
