He went above and beyond to expedite the printing and ensure I was able to have all the prints, even when they had some equipment down. Will be forever grateful for Adam saving the day!"

"Awesome workers there that greeted me upon entrance and were very helpful. I give the store a 5 star due to the awesome workers and the items in the store. I am concerned about the air conditioning being low or even off. I was in the store for 15 minutes and it was hot. I feel for the workers and it’s not fair for them to work in such miserable conditions. Someone in the corporate office needs to address this issue and fix it for the workers immediately. It is inhumane working conditions and no one deserves to work on that kind of environment. Other than this above concern and even with this above concern, the workers were awesome and super helpful! "After about 4 years of working at this location, I've gone through alot. We provide the best customer service that we can provide, helpful managers who will gladly take you and your transactions and your technical issues and take care of you right on the spot. The mostly known phrase at this store location, is "We Do What We Can To Take care of the Customer" As an employee, I know not alot of people may have liked me, and I apologize if I did not give you the best service. I always showed up to work doing the best that I could. But thank you to the employees and to the managers who taught me and thank you for letting me be part of the team. But I can atleast leave this review, and tell you (the viewers, the current customers, and future customers) that this is a place to come to, because we will take care of you and your business here at the Dillingham Store Location. "I went to this place to print out some files during pandemic while all state public libraries were closed. Then I found out that someone had used my phone number for membership there by mistake but they were NOT able to fix it at all, and made me come up with a fake phone number to register myself. That is not professional for a known-to-be-dealing-with-technology store. Also, the printer failed to do the job I needed and they didn’t give me a refund. Very sad."
