"I cannot be more impressed with a company than I am with Big Island tile. The first time I called it was about 8:30 in the morning. I described my flooring project to Armin and 30 mins later he was at my condo. He took a look around and gave me a price right then. His written proposal was in-line with what we had discussed in person, and he told me he could start the following week and get it done in 5 or 6 days. I agreed to start the project. I bought the materials (vinyl plank and tile) online from both Lowes and Home Depot, and Armin's crew picked them up (small delivery charge) and placed them in my home for a week to acclimate. Monday morning comes around and it's time to start the project, and Armin's crew (good guys) arrive and get to work and work solid 8 hours, and by Friday afternoon, they're done. I was expecting them to continue to Monday, but they did what it took (with no pressure from me) to get the job done. They did an outstanding job and will make sure you're happy with it before they leave or collect the final payment. I have never had such an enjoyable experience working with a contractor, and I can't recommend Armin and his team more strongly."
