We have been to the Rattlesnake bistro but we forgot that they have this little area that has small boutique shops within this location. Bella Italia is located within the shops. The owners of Bella Italia were there and helped me find what I needed. Marco and Lorenna are the owners and legit Italians with great tips. Also, Lorena shared where I can find some wonderful recipes on their website that takes you to You Tube on how to make authentic Italian Tiramisu.
