"If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in and purchased a 1.7k couch and took pictures PRIOR to delivery with no damages/ stains. Upon delivery I see two HUGE black stains on my couch and when I called to get assistance it was apparently “my problem”. They then said they’ll have their manager call and proceeded to hang up, never have received a call from their manager till this day. Extremely incompetent customer service and 100% won’t ever be shopping here again."

"A couple of years ago I made a huge purchase which included a massage chair. The service was decent, but could've been a little better. I'd advise everyone DO NOT get the massage chair! If you do, make sure you purchase the $500+ insurance for it, because there is NO company that can repair the chairs that they sell. I found that out when our chair broke less than 2 years after purchasing it. The insurance they sell is great and we did get paid for the pro-rated cost of the chair. Also, 2 days ago I called the Honolulu store to inquire about bedroom furniture I saw on their website that I was hoping to purchase. I spoke to a woman named Gina and explained that I was interested in purchasing 2 nightstands and a dresser that I saw on their website. I then explained the specific color that I was looking for and she immediately said can "offer" me a (as in 1) nightstand for $300+ and the dresser for $700+. When I told her that the nightstands I was looking at was being offered on sale for only $199.99 each and the dresser for $649, only then did she bother looking it up for herself. After she checked what I was inquiring about, she then told me that they had to special order my items and it'll take some time for it to be shipped. When I asked her how long I'd have to wait, I was floored when she told me "8 - 10 months"! Seriously, why the F would a company sell items that would take that long to be shipped??? When I asked her why so long? I could tell she was pulling excuses from thin air. She the told me that if I came down and purchased several things at one time she could give me a really good deal. That's when I realized she was just trying to push for a more expensive and immediate sale. Too bad for her, because I would've still went down to pay for what I really wanted in cash. Little did she know that I wanted those specific items not because it was on sale, but because I loved the simplicity of the design as well as the color. I absolutely hate gaudy furniture with all kinds of moldings or intricate designs on them. Fortunately, I went to another branch of Elite and found someone who was honest. Not only will I be making a gauranteed purchase from him, I will be adding more items to my order."
