Out of the other three orders… 1 was delayed 2 months and arrived damaged 1 is delayed 2 months and still has not arrived 1 is delayed 2 months and still has not arrived Expect 4-6 month delivery, unhelpful and inaccurate updates on delivery times, and poor responsiveness to inquires"

I was specifically looking for a couch with a left facing chaise that supported my back- we are tall people. Went in for the first time and were super attentive but not pushy at all. There were some difficulties trying to add a second item at a discount they gave me and ended up ordering via chat on their website because people weren’t answering the number they gave me over the weekend.
