Taste of Times

"Mililani Times is usually very well stocked, clean, and staffed by friendly personnel. I love shopping there. My only complaint is the sensitivity of the self-scanning terminals we used for the first time today because the regular lines were long. The poor cashier assigned to the self-check area today had to unlock my scanner about 6 times due to my not placing my bags in the bagging area fast enough, picking a bag up and setting it down again, my husband removing the bags to place them in the cart before the terminal had finished our purchase and printed our receipt, and buying non-alcoholic beer for my husband. The only time in my mind it should have locked up is for the beer purchase age check. Through it all, Alysha was so patient, kind, and sweet. I appreciate her assistance and feel she should be recognized for her great personality and work attitude while she ran back and forth between our terminal and the other customers trying to check out. That said, Mililani Times normally has beautiful produce and fresh meat. The iceberg lettuce today was a little less fresh than usual but it looks like the new order didn't arrive yet as there were just a few to choose from. It could be the time of year, though. Produce is less pretty in Fall and Winter. Overall this store is a good one to shop at and I recommend it if you live in the area. They even carry tomato paste on a tube which is convenient when you only need a little bit."

"Times been around for over 25+ years back when it was locally owned and had/have everything one will need (and more) when shopping to feed your family!! Service/service personnel is great, too!!"
