"Not sure what was up tonight but the hours say drive-through open but they had wet floor signs blocking the drive-through. I could see people inside working"
"As others have mentioned, they have multiple unscheduled closings even though they advertise their location as open 24 hours. Although irritating, this wouldn't be so bad if they didn't also continue to take online orders during these unscheduled closings. Despite employees still working inside there is no way to refund or cancel the order after arriving at the closed store. Corporate would probably not appreciate this franchise lying about their business hours and ignoring online orders during these unscheduled closings."
"Don't bother going inside. All self-ordering kiosk things are inoperable (either they say it's not working, won't accept payment, or touch screen doesn't work) and no one will come to the cash register even if you wait 10 minutes. Not sure why the inside is even open if they don't serve food. I usually don't enjoy eating in my car so I don't really go here anymore."
"The food is decent, and the seating area is fine. The tables are clean and the surrounding is nice and bright. You can see the chickens walking and foraging outside. The big downside is the service. The self-service kiosks are not working (quite often), and the workers can't get my orders right (missing items, forgot my items, gave me someone else's order, etc)."
