"Thank you Steven and Curtis . Normally I always go in with my husband. This day while he was out of town I went in to pick up a lockbox for a key. Steven was very kind and efficient. The next day I returned as I didn't understand the box . The 2 men made me feel so comfortable and helped with out hesitation. Thank you great customer service and this is now going to be our local hardware store. Now I understand why they have been in business for all these years. Thank you again. "Just want to express my gratitude to Ryan @ Nimitz City Mill. I didn’t realize it was so close to closing time but he took the time to find the right bolt and fixed the wheel on my walker that was loose. Thank you Ryan for being so patient with me. I appreciated it even tho I interrupted you while you were trying to finish your job. Thank you also to the cashier who had to wait to close her register and told me not to worry when she rang my small items up.
