"Good mix of gym goers. Great for the first timer or the veteran lifter. Young and old, for the most part are very respectful and courteous. There are some members that bring a tripod and camera to film themselves but not an uncomfortable amount. If you're thinking about getting fit this is a great spot to start."

"Avoid this one, went in to work out and ventilation was horrible, been to Kapolei, Kaneohe and Milillani branches and this is the first time I felt like lite headed, with a head ache and couldn't breathe... The vents have black dust on it! Spray bottles for cleaning were hanging on the trash can... That is not very sanitary! Staff was nice, friendly and attentive, just wish they didn't have to work in these conditions..."

"This gym is filty..I reported that the ceiling fans and vents are full of dust bacteria and we are breathing in germs!!! Machines are constantly broken not working properly. Lots of time paper towels and sanitizer are empty. I recently went to Oregon 24hr fitness and that gym is super big and clean clean clean!!! very much well maintained!"

"Today 1 person at front desk but they did greet as patrons scanned their QR codes. Hottub was cold, women's centrifuge is removed and 1 air dryer was down. This is starting to look just like Mililani where they stopped fixing certain things then finally renovated removing pool and hottub dropping to a sport location. I keep meeting people who like us drive from Mililani to the Pearl City location for the luxuries that were taken away at Mililani. Pretty soon people just going to move to BJ Penn gym or somewhere else"
