"Horrible service from the night manager Beth. I will never be coming to this location again. I put in an order at midnight through the mobile app and was instructed to go through the drive-through. When I arrived, it was coned off, and when I called the store I was connected with the not so lovely Beth. She was extremely rude, beyond unhelpful and incompetent. She told me and very broken English that I can’t get my food because they’re closed. I told her my situation and that I just bought the food through the app and have a code. She told me that doesn’t matter and I can’t have food as they are closed and she has no way of giving me a refund. I asked how am I going to get my money back, as most people, I try not to waste money. She continued on to say I can’t get my money back and offered no resolution. If you want to be sure to not get your food and lose money, come to this location whenever you’d like, and ask for Beth."

"I had a meeting where at 8am. Half the tables were clean but it wasn't busy inside at the counter. There were a few tables that were occupied. I ordered from the app and goty meal delivered to me at the table fairly fast."

"I ordered an Oreo McFlurry and got it with the cookies all sitting on top, and was told “we are out of spoons, and that is why we can’t mix it up correctly. I also ordered a vanilla ice cream cone and the cone was so stale, it seemed like it was not stored for freshness and had been sitting out for a long time. When visiting this location, be very aware and double check your order for both accuracy and freshness. I would not recommend the drive-thru in case you need to get something fixed or exchanged."
