"I went in Friday afternoon when I got off work. Around 3pm. It was quiet, walk-in service was great, but the phlebotomist was the worst I’ve ever had in my life! I don’t know if she was new. I get blood work done regularly, and my vein is not hard to find. She stuck me then moved the needle around to find the vein. I needed 3 vials, every time she changed a vial, she would move the needle out and then push it back in again when she put the next vial in. I was in so much pain, I cried out on the second vial. On the third vial, I was in tears. And I’m a full grown adult that has bore 3 children. I can handle needles. Never will I go back to that location"

I mentioned to one of the nurses passing by that I was a little early for my 11:30 appointment, Lexi is her name I think, she made copies of my documents and took me in the room to take samples for bloodwork, so fast that I was impressed by the efficiency, Thank you Lexi!"
