"Not sure why, I treated rudely by 1 of 5 people at this place, but, 2 out of 2 visits for me was too many, He took off his mask & told me I could take off mine, gave me much attitude after I choose to keep mine on. Day of my first Visit with the first guy i had left Emergency room about, 3hrs. prioir, he gave me a few packets to read I was Not, able to complete it due to Serious Pains & Complication's so, my second visit 48hrs. I had not done the assignment he became Very Rude, again, as he assured me of his 27years exsperiance & yelled I wasnt going to do the assignments witch was Not the Issue i was still suffing from Emergency Room visit, Issue I had,......... He gave me a good suggestion when mentioning he would discharge me, I decided to help him out, after being so, rude to me I discharged my self. I choose to try to learn something new his attitude wasn't It,..............!!!!"

"this people are rude, they stress you out when you ask simple questions, that have nothings to do with the actual treatment. Is so hard to get an answer out of the receptionist, they hang up on you after they go off on (like a machine gun) about their policies, and they don't let you get in a word edged wise. Making an appointment is like getting through national security (impossible people). at one point we thought that this was part of the psychological test; to see how easily they can stress you out ?? if a simple scheduling is so hostile i would shutter to think what could happen in the actual appointment!!! I would give then Zero stars but goggle would not let me post this unless i give them one star and i want people to know how bad they are."

"THEY DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENT SAME DAY WITHOUT CHARGING $450 CANCELLATION FEE!!! THAT IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! THE STAFF IS SO RUDE! THEY MUST BE HARD UP ON MONEY IF THEY NEED TO CHARGE $450 TO RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT!"

"Under workers comp, and the scheduling is ridiculous. They helped me very much, but the scheduling with my comp is not helping but make my have stress and anxiety. That’s not helping me but have more PTSD. Thanks."
