"Look elsewhere. Hard to get a hold of and scripts filled."

"For starters, when you call you won't get an automated system that takes 5 minutes to get through; you will get a person who is quick and helpful. Secondly, while doctors are going through a shortage (at the time of writing) and wait times can be months, this doctor was able to see me next day when I said I was looking for something quickly. During the appointment, the doctor listened carefully and looked to try to fully understand my situation and what I was requesting -- it felt like I was helping to craft my own plan and schedule as opposed to being told what was going to happen. Lastly, after I was prescribed what I initially came for, I struggled to find a pharmacy that actually had the drug in stock. The receptionist for this doctor told me it would be difficult up front, and told me to call OR text when I found a pharmacy. After getting turned down at three different pharmacies, the receptionist called me with a pharmacy to go to only 10 minutes away from my house that had it in stock and said she already sent the order in. I never write reviews, and this doctor didn't ask me to, but the service here was so outstanding that it deserves even more praise that I am able to give it."

When I called to make my first new patient appointment he was out of the country HOWEVER i explained to his answering service that I was on the verdge of a meltdown and really needed help. He returned my call from out of the country, advised me on what to do until he was able to see me. When a doctor is concerned for a patient he has not even met - SPEAKS VOLUMES. I am very happy with his care and treatment plan for me. He has been treating me for 8 months and I continue to keep being under his care."
