"I have a big complaint towards this bond pediatrics office, i went today to take my boys for shots and for regular check ups, my appointment was for 3:30pm and i wasn't called out til 4:40pm about an hr and so, ridiculous!!, after i gave them my info, this russian lady at front desk was so rude and all of the sudden gave me this bill of a mysterious past due bill of 140 dollars of 2yrs ago, when my insurance took care of that, and I'm telling this lady that i would dispute this bill with my insurance but she keot telling me i had to pay it, because of this they decided not to see my boys. I know that if you dont pay a co pay or any medical expense for a perond of time ,it goes to collection. Why they wanted to make me pay it? I had to argue with the russian brat lady and the billing lady, i walked out of the office, they are very unprofessional and zero kid or family friendly, please if you go make sure to get your info correct and they dont scamm you, im taking my children to a different pediatrician that are happy to see them and treats them with care."

"Doctor bond has been my childrens pediatrician, for 10 years he's always been great but his office staff is absolutely horrible , if only he know how they treated his patients families smh , and just how ignorant they truly are ... Because of them were changing practices,"

"I recently took my child who is autistic for his annual checkup. We met with one of the pediatricians who we aren't very familiar with. As soon as the Dr walks in she immediately was more concern of finding out who diagnosed my son and informed me that my son is NOT autistic because he is VERBAL & SMART. This was just in seconds that she made contact with me didn't event made contact with my son at this point. The way she treated my son after was very condescending as she was trying to prove a point to me that my son was very aware of her directions and kept repeating to me that he was not autistic. I tried to express my concerns to the office manager and she was not helpful whatsoever. She informed me that it was out of her control and that the doctors have an obligation to say things to us parents about our children. She took my name and number and was going to have Dr Bond give me a call and to this day I have not received a call from anyone. Ultimately, all I want for this place is to have a better understanding of what autism is. Autism is a spectrum every person has different needs, and some people might need more support than others. It's very frustrating when you have professionals that have this idea of what autism should look like as if autistic children and adults are not smart. Really makes me think of how many children go undiagnosed when visiting this office."

"My kids have been patients of Dr. Bond for the last 15 years. It's time my daughter move on but my son will continue to go until he gets older. I have always recommended Dr. Bond to anyone asking for a good Dr. He is thorough, he explains everything and has time to answer questions. As far as the staff, they have always been good to us. Helped us with our insurance situation they even made the call for us. I almost feel bad for those of you who have had a bad experiences but then again I don't. I'm sure you have never had a bad day or have never had an attitude towards a cashier, a waitress, receptionist or any customer service representative for that matter, right. Get over it, it was one day. I hope your kid will never have to go to the doctor besides for their shots but if they do I bet they will not get the same quality of care they would have received at Bond Pediatrics. Oh well, your loss. That was written prior to my doctor's appt. Today I went in and what do you know, the same professional treatment. Thank you BOND PEDIATRICS for your professionalism, treatment, for the clean facility you have always presented while my kids have been patients there."
