"My 2 year got a prescription for cough but the phaacist told she shouldn't be taking that at 2 years. So I didn't get it. I'm here again and they're charging $1 for masks as if they didn't made enough from medical . Seriously thinking about switching my 2 babies to a different pediatrician"

"Terrible. Got a bill from this office for services that were over a year ago. Called to inquire why the billing was so late when my insurance paid on it 11 months ago. I simply wanted a resolution/explanation. I was hung up on. Called back and they said they sent a bill out after the insurance had paid on it. However they said they don’t keep record of that, then I was hung up again. This continued. In total I was hung up on 3 times. This office has no record of their billing! Also, what kind of place hangs up on someone 3 times? How unprofessional!"

"I love the staff and Dr. Peraza is always there. I understand how busy it can be in a pediatric office. My kids feel comfortable with the staff. The long wait only happen once but was not to long."

"Most of the staff is completely rude, they should go back to school for customer service education. Dr Peraza is a great Dr, although my children hardly get to see him when booking appointments with him they always have other Dr's attending my children. Would like to see more of Dr Peraza and he should replace his current staff with professional staff because they are the reason this place have very low rating."

"I love Dr. Mendoza! Just hate the 3hr wait to see him and the horrible staff. They should really pay attention to the receptionist; she gave me an appointment @1pm but when I got there she said I had it @11 which i would never have done that since I work at that time. Lost the appointment due to it."
