"I was assigned a different doctor but since I read about Dr Elsa I knew I wanted to go with her so I changed my daughter PCP since the very first beginning that I called to make an appointment Leslie was really nice and helpful and on my appointment day Dr elsa really listen to me and connect with my baby. Not like other doctors that you see the nurse or the assistant and never the doctor. She speaks Spanish and that helped a lot too since my father was there with me. I truly recommend her and her office"

"Worst experience ever! She’s rude and sarcastic. I went in first time with my daughter she was sick I told her she woke up with mucus and cough she said it was allergies. Also send me home with an inhaler that was “supposed to help her lungs to open” that same night I went to the ER my daughter had a high fever pretty much didn’t do anything there either but they did tell me that she shouldn’t have prescribed that was she had prescribed was for asthma I went back to see her after my daughter was released from there and she pretty much told me that the hospital wasn’t right because sometimes it was students instead of doctors.. she didn’t do anything at her office either she just sent me home with some antibiotics that was for another virus not knowing was she had she just said to give it to her she said ( I can give you this antibiotic she “might have this) me being a first time mom and thinking well if she’s offering it it might help my baby plus she was really sick I asked if it was gonna help she said if it’s that it will not even doing any exams or nothing So I said yes. That same night my baby had even higher fever I tried to control it with Tylenol and Motrin my baby had fever for 7 days something told me not to give her the antibiotics with out knowing what she had so I didn’t, I took her again to the hospital they ended up doing a swab test and it turned out to be 2 different viruses they said she should have again prescribed that either my baby ended up staying at the hospital for almost two days. We got released so I had to go back to see DR. Elsa I go in there (front desk is also pretty rude by the way) Dr. Elsa told me well I would have been able to do that swab test if you would have told me her symptoms like what!? (when I literally told her everything since the first time.) My daughter had to get her 1 year vaccines and she wanted to give her 7 pokes she said she ordered vaccines all separate because she loses money by ordering them together since they expire. When other pediatricians usually do 3/4. She legit told me nothing is gonna happen to your daughter she’s not gonna die with 7 pokes I was so tired and over her that I said I wanted to leave I had things to do and my daughter would be super sore after that I said I’ll come another day she tried to make me sign a paper saying I denied giving my daughter her vaccines I said I wouldn’t sign anything I’m not gonna do it today but I will do it another day she was so rude and sarcastic I stared recording her. As soon as I did she started being nicer I walked out of that place. This lady is definitely not what I want for my daughters health. On top of being rude and sarcastic and always wanting to be right she doesn’t even care about her patients. Don’t go with I do not recommend her at all!"
