"This dr office is far from COVID friendly!!! They waiting room has 20+ people in it and they only told us after waiting with our son only one of us would be allowed in. (We both wouldn’t have say there if we had known.) The ONLY change I noticed in the wake of COVID was only one parent is allowed back. So why let the entire family wait on the waiting room? Why do you still have community pens? Why are you still asking me to use your dirty old pen to sign the same cash disclaimer I signed last time. This should be on file, all documents should be emailed for electronic signature, the waiting room should be kept to a max, community items like pens should not even by out. The kids toys should have wipes to clean them at a parents discretion. I don’t feel going into this Dr is safe being they really haven’t gotten with the times. All businesses are and within the healthcare industry it’s expected. This business really missed the mark for social distancing and possible transfer of gems being proper pro-cations not being met."
