"I love this place and Dr. Sachdev. I'm sad she is retiring and we will no longer be able to have her as our children's pediatrician. It is so hard finding a new pediatrician I trust and feel has my children's best interest. She's saved my sanity on numerous occasions by just being a phone call away day or night no matter what time. She always welcomes all my questions and gives me an honest answer. She will be truly missed by our family."

"I love Dr. Sachdev and losing her as our pediatrician is one of the hardest parts of moving away from Reno! During COVID she has been a great, reassuring, guiding light. When my youngest was born I worked with another pediatrician closer to my house. I quickly realized that was a mistake and moved him to Dr. Sachdev too. You won't find a more dedicated pediatrician - what a relief it is in a city as fast growing as Reno to call and hear your actual pediatrician's voice on the line right away - not some recorded message or call center - no 20 minute hold just to talk to a desk agent who can't help you. There were several times that was a tremendous asset to my sanity. As others have mentioned, Dr. Sachdev's style of communication is a little blunt, but it is never abrasive. It is because she really cares and doesn't play games with your child's health. I enjoyed the small-town feel of her office and quality care with Dr. Sachev, and she will be missed by me and my children alike."

"Dr Sachdev is AMAZING! No b.s. I LOVE that I am able to get a hold of her anytime day or night. I've called at 3am and she answered. When its before or after her office hours the phone rings directly to her cell/home phone. Very personable. I'm grateful I have her for my kids."

"Her "bedside manner" with parents is a bit unconventional (she will not just tell you where the bear does his business, but rub your nose in it if you didn't get the idea), but I've never seen her be anything but kind and compassionate with children. At the end of the day, I don't want a pediatrician who is going to dance around my pwecious feelings, I want one that takes care of my child, and she definitely does that and does it well."

"My husband and I love Dr. Sachdev. She gets straight to the point and is very knowledgable. She allows for after hour calls which have been helpful to us more than once. The staff in the office are always very nice and helpful. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a pediatrician."
