When I schedule an appointment, I’m met at the time of the appointment rather than sitting in the lobby waiting to be called back. I get quarterly bloodwork done with Dr. Alfreda. He’s the only doctor I’ve ever had that spends as much time going over the results as he does. I never feel rushed in and out. Dr. Alfreda and his staff make me feel like a human rather than a number. And, in 20 years of living in Vegas, that is unfortunately hard to find! Grateful to have found it today with Dr. Thomas Alfreda, Jr. and his staff at Health4Life."

"My 5 stars are for Dr Alfreda, not for the office in general. My family has been going to Dr Alfreda for well over 10 years. He's great! He really listens and takes the time to be thorough. The office staff needs a serious overhaul though. I've given up on calling for anything other than making an appointment....and even that often requires letting the phone ring for a half hour before someone picks up. It's really infuriating. If it weren't for Dr Alfreda, I would no longer deal with them."

"Dr. Alfreda is fantastic. I transferred to him as a patient 6 years ago when I was 6 months pregnant with my son. On my first visit he identified a serious medical issue that could have seriously compromised my health or even killed me and my unborn son at the time of delivery, (after my former physician mis-interpreted a lab test). From that moment forward, I have trusted nobody more than Dr. Alfreda. He is thorough, caring, real and incredibly well studied. Dr. Alfreda will not let you down and I highly recommend him as your physician. On another note-- the office has gotten much better at answering calls much faster over the past couple of years so don't hold those other reviews against him as a physician. He is phenomenal."

"We love Dr Alfreda, he is very easy to talk to and takes his time when seeing his patients. Most of the staff in the office completely ruins the overall experience. They never answer the phone, which would be fine, but then the messages are never followed through and sometimes never even addressed. No matter how thorough we are, the only way to guarantee to reach them is to stop in and ask for what you need. They consistently mess up calling prescriptions in and completing paperwork."
