"Where do I begin... HIPAA violations left and right, verbally abusive and incompetent therapists and staff who simply ignore the problems, and being asked to leave the program despite all negative drug tests after asking "too many questions"... You should be shut down and licenses revoked. Dani? Shame on you. Many of us came to you and your staff and voiced our concerns and you neither had answers nor took accountability for the lack of integrity you all and your program have. But please anyone who is reading this, don't believe me? Go check it out yourselves. I graduated from Desert Hope IOP and THAT program got to the heart of the problem and they answered every single question I had about my time there and my recovery efforts. If you advocate for yourself at all or care about truly recovering, don't do this to yourself please. It was like a revolving door there of people seeking help and then being outed for relapses IN FRONT OF A CLASS FULL OF PEOPLE. It's destructive, cruel, and not up to board. If you really want to recover, and it's a matter of life and death as we all know, PLEASE don't give this boutique IOP any of your hard earned money. Thrive, can you hear me NOW?"

"Review addendum: Thrive review below. This review is specifically for my therapist whos office is inside Thrive - Jeffrey Carson, whom I worked with for almost three years. I highly encourage others to consider Jeffrey Carson as their guide thru self-discovery. He is a seasoned provider with nearly two decades of experience. He chipped through my years of sarcasm, anger, pain, and fear. I was grieving, I had no direction, purpose, understanding of self, and only fleeting happiness fuled by addiction when I started my healing journey. Doing the work with him. I learned about love of self, and values that aligned with a higher purpose. He gave me hope. I learned about positive thinking/speech, being authentic, boundaries, non attachment - letting go of expectations, taking safe risks, finding joy, getting organized, emotional regulation and creating from passion. So many lessons over the few years I worked with him. It was not easy at times or comfortable, but doing inner work rarely is. I had a few bumpy patches right up until the end of my time that I worked with him. However, I wouldn't want to change any of the difficult moments that I encountered during my walk back through the forest of doubt, low self-esteem, and victimization because without them I wouldn't have gotten to my true path of light, love and service. Jeffrey has a way of getting to the root of the issues though his experience and intuition. It took work, dedication, and time of which he gave - as long as I was working JUST as hard. He definitely can't do the work for you. I'm so blessed to have had him in my corner. My work with him is finished and my journey continues, but I want for nothing in my life. I'm sober, whole, happy, and successful because of my work with him and the tools I left with. I found harmony between grit and grace. I will always be grateful to him and for a safe and understanding space while I healed, I couldn't recommend him more. ********************************************* Thrive Solutions sets the standard for Mental Health and Addiction services in Las Vegas. I followed my therapist when he moved over to Thrive and I'm so happy I did. When I walked through their doors, I needed safety and stability, and that's just what I received. Their Chief Operating Officer Katie is so helpful and caring. Their space is open and inviting with a community vibe, literally. They offer and host holistic healing to the community often. This is not like other stuffy offices. They offer separately both Addiction (Co-ocurring) and Mental Health IOP in a structured format. Their choice of quality therapists and their sub specialties I found very helpful. I had two incredible therapists that assisted me in different areas of my challenge to self-discovery and healing. (Thank you, Jeff C. And Randy C.) This and many other things make Thrive so special. This is a boutique agency with a collaborative team. I'm 2+ years sober, and my mental, spiritual, and emotional health has never felt this balanced. I found my lifes purpose at Thrive, and while it took A LOT of hard work on my part, it was made easier by my therapists and the Thrive tribe. Even when I wanted to give up on myself, they never gave up on me."

"I went in for a joint session with my bf's therapist and I was in crisis. She told me my "behavior was inappropriate" because I could not stop crying since I had walked into the facility. I relayed some recent painful events, why I was so upset, and she said "do you hear yourself?" because nothing had happened in that office - it was all past events and apparently still hurting over things that has happened that morning or yesterday is not ok. I was "not in touch with reality" "not in control" and "no one can help me". I felt so invalidated and dismissed, and in a much worse place than when I entered. She ended the session early and told me to get out of her office so she could talk to my bf alone. I was in so much pain, and she just shut the door on me. Not a single person, including her, said anything about resources for crisis, nothing. This experience was unprofessional and negligent."
