"I am new to this location for my right hand re ability, I cut my tendon and having problem closing my pinky and the ring finger. Leeya is so professional and very helpful. She evaluated my condition and assigned me to the best program that would help my hand recovery. All the rest of the team members are also awesome. They treat you very nice with respect from the moment you walk in. I can not say enough about the staffs here and the facility. I highly recommend you to check out this location at 8945 W Post Rd suite # 200. I give this place 10 ⭐️ out of 10. I am looking forward to my next session with all these wonderful staffs. "I've had the opportunity to attend several physical therapy sessions throughout my life in California, Florida, and Colorado, all of which were very good and impressive. My experience at ATI, my first PT in Nevada, however, was far from satisfactory. My initial session was decent, but my second visit was utterly unacceptable. Despite noticing a few physical therapists on the floor, I was merely given verbal instructions for my exercises and then left on my own. They wouldn't return unless they noticed I had finished. Being only my second visit, I struggled to remember how to perform some of the exercises shown during my first session and desperately needed a refresher. Unfortunately, no one was attentive; they would just provide verbal instructions and leave. The facility wasn't busy, hosting only a few patients, so I saw no reason for this lack of engagement. I had to inform them each time I completed an exercise, which felt no different than if I were doing therapy at home, despite living an hour away from the facility. It seemed like no one at the ATI on Post Rd location cared about my progress or wellbeing. Additionally, after deciding that ATI was not the right fit for me following my second appointment, I proactively canceled my two upcoming appointments a week in advance. Unfortunately, due to an oversight by the person who took my call, the second appointment was not canceled, requiring me to endure a long wait on the phone to cancel it again. Coincidentally, my doctor's office called to inquire about my progress with therapy. I expressed my dissatisfaction with ATI and requested to be referred to a different PT facility. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place to any patient looking for attentive, hands-on physical therapy."

I am stronger, my balance is better ,, and my knee pain has improved. Qun created a treatment plan that is challenging but producing great results.
