"If I could give 0 stars I would. They scheduled an appointment for my daughter but since they say they changed their system it cancelled her appointment and someone else was scheduled for the 9:30am appointment . Jennifer Moore had an associate see my daughter that day and by the time we finished that appointment around 10:15 Jennifer Moore was walking in for her 9:30am appointment. Then on another occasion my child needed an emergency appointment and I was told I would get a call back. ( I had already found a new therapist and 2 weeks had gone by and still no call back from Jennifer Moore) I never received a callback, I called the office and told them to cancel any future appointments and the receptionist asked why. I told her what happened and all she could say was “oh sorry”. I dont blame the receptionist I blame the therapist because she obviously doesn’t care about her patients or being on time. All she cares about is opening more office locations."

"Do not come here for counseling. The lady at the front desk is an incompetent customer service representative who should not be allowed to work here. They were so rude to my wife that instead of giving her a counselor to talk to, they made her cry. After denying services by essentially telling my wife to eff off we will not help you, they offered to have her come back because they were wrong and didn’t understand the situation (incompetence). We gladly said no we will never come back to an establishment designed for mental health but then treats their clients like they aren’t even people. The worst possible counseling center you could ever go to, there is a reason they have a 2.4 rating. It starts with the front desk."

"Very not accommodating! Getting appointments is very difficult, I had to schedule a month later then make an appointment then for future visits a month ahead. I would get calls the day or two before my appointment that it’s been canceled but you can’t reschedule another appointment because they’re booked. Since it’s the office that cancels the appointment they should accommodate to reschedule as common courtesy to their patients. Beware of random charges as well… I received a 1st bill because they didn’t have my insurance info which was already provided when I filled out paperwork before the appointment another time I called to cancel All scheduled appointments but went to voicemail after leaving a message and waiting for a response back I call again and left the same message… surprise! They sent me a bill."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I called and scheduled an appointment a month ago. 2 weeks prior I called to reverify the date, the front desk girl couldn’t find my appointment and told me I don’t even have an appointment. Then, she confirmed the date I originally scheduled for. I got 4 text reminders for my appointment. Confirmed it the day before. I showed up for my appointment and the front desk girl tells me the person I’m supposed to see, isn’t even in the building today. What a waste of my time. Avoid scheduling here if at all possible."

"Do not go. Jennifer does not actually care about her patients and how obvious it is, is incredibly sad considering her field of work. I had multiple appointment and EVERY SINGLE TIME she would be at least 10 minutes late (usually 15 minutes late) and then also cut the appointment 10 minutes early as well. Although what concerned me the most was how little she knew about me as her patient. While I understand how many patients she had it was concerning how I’d mention a name of someone and she’d ask me “who is that again?” When they’re one of the most prominent people in my life or as for reminders about very major things. So she doesn’t even read her notes before coming in late every single time? A lame excuse for a therapist."
