"Pleasantly suprised! This is the best pharmacy experience I have had in Carson City. I know, a Walmart pharmacy?...., but I have been regularly going to pharmacy since a major injury 2 years ago and I have been to other pharmacies when availability of some medications have been affected by todays post covid shortages. This is one of the best pharmacys in Carson City. No waiting 2 days to get rx filled, also they will call me if there are questions about my rx and not just wait for me to come in again. They take the time to answer my questions and if there is a line it never takes long. They treat me like they want to keep me as a customer."

Either the staff is so overworked (which is most likely the case, and if so, hire more people or train staff to handle stress or PAY ADEQUATELY) or they shouldn't be working with people. I have called a few times and every occasion the person who took my call acted like I was inconveniencing them. Just asked about my prescription. That was it. Didn't ask them to solve world peace, didn't want them to clean up a raw sewage leak."
