They have also been very kind to me when I was confused about a certain order. I think they get very busy and work as best they can to help everyone."

"The pharmacist and pharmacy tech went all out for us. We forgot our dog’s meds at home, for the very first time, before leaving on a camping trip out of state. If it hadn’t been for Costco’s pharmacy team, our poor dog would have suffered terribly because our vet’s office refused to talk to the pharmacy over the phone. A really big thank you to Jake."
"For having to spend money to have a membership ship here. The pharmacy is a joke there standards of customer service is ridiculous. I had a pharmacy tech walk away from me as I was asking a question wasn't loud or anything. Then when I was talking to a actual pharmacist another tech decided to put his 2 cents in when I didn't ask got it. Acted like he was gonna fight me I just laughed and told him if he was smart he would stay behind his cute little counter ter. Snapping at the wrong man here. Prescription get sent in and don't get filled rigjtbaway especially if you just had surgery. Turning into a modern Bushey Wal-Mart. So glad I have to pay to shop here."
"The worst Pharmacy! They are constantly refilling the prescriptions incorrectly and are slow filling the prescriptions!! If you question the staff (Jake) they snap at you and refuse to help! They make you feel like a criminal demanding your driver license then they act like they know more than my doctor who prescribed my meds! It is none of their business to question my Medicine or act like I shouldn't be refilling something. I have my right to privacy and it is NONE of your business! This is between me and my doctor! Other pharmacies don't treat you like this. In addition, one month my prescription is 70.00 then it jumps to 450.00? They act like it is my fault and refuse to look into it. I think they are incompetent in reading prescription instructions! What a joke. I am done with Costco Pharmacy. Customer Service is awful!"
