"My two dogs Phineas and Phoebe have been going to The Paw Spa since they were old enough to be groomed (and my parent's used to bring my childhood dog here before I was an adult with my own dogs) and the staff and owners have been nothing shy of amazing. My dogs are very wild and full of energy and they always seem to manage them with love and care. Mark will call and confirm your appointment and work with you every step of the way. "If you have pets who are introverted or that may exhibit behavioral issues just take your business elsewhere! We've been going there for over 7 years and they told us that our 3 can no longer be clients. A recent review had mentioned about how they pick and chose clients with pets who are "good". I saw the signs but just assumed that they were loyal like us. We put them on sedation, then were told not to do that again. Because of the recent feedback I received on my final visit I decided to take them to the vet and discuss my concerns. Chewy was diagnosed with not being properly neutered which in turn explained his erratic behavior. If they had told us earlier then we would have discovered this sooner. Make sure to research your groomers and if they are a certified groomer for all pet behavior types. For what I paid over the years we could have done allot better. P.S. we had 3 dogs. The 2 problem childs were our elderly princess and chewy which was the one who wasn't properly neutered."
