"Was disappointed with Luckys haircut today. When I was called and told he was a lil matted and he would get his cut Lil shorter. I never thought it would be that short and uneven and that bad. He showers with me once a week so I don't know where he was matted.Charging me $85.00 is disappointing bc you saw how bad the cut was. 1/2 price would've been fair. I posted a picture of how bad his cut was."

"My wife and I have a 1.5 year old pitty and we were worried how he would act around other dogs in a grooming salon. I went in and talked to the owner and an employee about his situation and they both assured me he would have his own time slot where no other dogs would be scheduled and they would happily serve him with no issues. Needless to say, he did AMAZING. He’s so clean, smells so good, the deshedding shampoo and process is wonderful, his nails look GREAT. They also clean their ears, express their anal glands, and brush their teeth too. I love that you get so many great services in one price, it’s not just a shampoo and nail trim. They really take great care of your fur babies and send them home in a cute little bow tie. We will definitely be a customer for life."

"I have had my Boston Terrier groomed by Nicole since 2018! She is incredible. She has soooo many years of experience and truly is an artist with her skill. My Boston has VERY sensitive skin and gets rashes easily - and I have some horror stories I could share about other grooming experiences, but never have I had that with Nicole's service. She is actually the one who recommended that I shave my Boston; and let me tell you - I thought she was crazy. Boston's already have short hair, what do you mean shave her!!? BUT - it was the BEST suggestion ever. It really solved the shedding and prickly hair and further helped with my Boston's skin rashes and irritations!
