"We took our standard schnauzer and bernadoodle here today. We were met on time and with incredible friendliness. The staff made sure to ask exactly how we wanted both dogs groomed, and followed through perfectly. Our pups look (and smell!) fantastic and seem as happy as can be. Tiffany and her crew did a great job. We will definitely be repeat customers."

"First of all, we had an appointment at 9 am so and they open at 8 am. Yet no one was there and no one picked up the phone. Then finally someone strolled into the shop at 9:10.. it’s been about 3 1/2 hours and we still haven’t heard from the shop. Tried calling twice to check on our dog and no response. So we decide just to go down there it’s 1:00 pm and our poor buddy is sitting in a kennel soaking wet. Hasn’t even been groomed or dried… 4 hours and all they completed was a wash?! They are also well aware our dog gets very anxious and doesn’t like to be groomed. Which is why we like to be one of the first ones in so he can be done quicker. Should of known from our first time here not to come back since they cut his paw very badly. Not to mention they are hard to get ahold of just to make a dang appointment. Clearly unable to manage their own schedule, poor customer service, and no care for dogs well being."

"They did a good job grooming Dwight and a good price, however they told me he’d be done at 1pm and I drove 20min to pick him up and they said due to him being afraid of the dryer it would take another hour. I wish I would have gotten a courtesy call before driving. Dwight ended up taking over an hour longer to finish up, however I wasn’t in a rush to pick him up but I wish I would have been updated. All in all a pretty good experience"

"Tiffany and her crew are so sweet. My dogs are terrified of groomers. But they will walk right in this shop with no problem. Cant thank you enough for being so gentle with my two senior dogs. You are top notch. We will see you in 6 weeks."
