"The cashier, Julisa, was probably one of the rudest people I’ve ever met in my life. I hope she finds Jesus & heals cause that was not it. There’s never a reason to be such a crass person."
"Got what I wanted and compared to many this had lots of merchandise worth spacious isles."
"My recent visit to Dollar Tree left a sour taste in my mouth, and I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience. The store's employees were shockingly rude, making me question whether they had any understanding of basic customer service. First and foremost, the store's closing time was a joke. The website clearly stated that they were open until 8 PM, yet when I arrived at 7:58 PM, I was met with hostility from the staff, who insisted on shutting down right then and there. It's appalling how they can advertise an 8 PM closing time but then refuse service two minutes prior, without even considering the discrepancy. Talk about false advertising! When I politely pointed out that the website mentioned an 8 PM closing time, the employees dismissed my concerns with a dismissive shrug. Instead of apologizing or attempting to accommodate me, they rudely told me to come back the next day. Sorry, but that's not how you treat customers! What frustrated me even more was the stark contrast in their behavior towards other customers who entered after me. It seemed like they were selectively applying their arbitrary closing policy. While others walked in after 8 PM, they were greeted with smiles and allowed to shop without any issues. How can they justify discriminating against certain customers based on their whims? I left the store feeling attacked and disrespected, wondering why I had been treated so unfairly compared to other patrons. As a paying customer, I expected at least a modicum of respect and courtesy, but instead, I received the opposite. In conclusion, my experience at Dollar Tree was nothing short of a disaster. The employees' rude behavior, coupled with their disregard for their own advertised store hours, left me feeling disheartened and insulted. I will not be returning to this store and strongly advise others to consider shopping elsewhere. After all, who wants to spend their hard-earned money at a place where customer service is a joke and fairness is non-existent?"
"This is a nice little store with a surprisingly varied range of stock serving the South Summerlin area. I picked up a spray bottle I needed for a clean up project for $1.04 The owner was a pleasant gentleman even if he was a bit put off by my moose-sized German Sheppard who came shopping with me."
