"At this particular,location cashier are very disrespectful. Manager don't care . You have to pack your own groceries. They only have one cashier opened. Go to sprouts grocery and experience great costumer service. Sprouts know how to treat costumers."

"You walk in and they treat you like a complete idiot for not seeing the signs that say no bikes in the store when what I really didn’t see was a bike rack outside to lock up my bike. Then they waste your time telling you there’s one on the corner. Well that was a lie. What do they expect you to do if they won’t install a bike rack outside? The place is a dump anyway. Definitely will avoid shopping here in the future."

"This is the worst Smith store, a so called “manager “ Jordan has an awful attitude towards customer, he will question you as a customer as to why you are not bagging your groceries & saying “ it’s our job “ and not the employees there. He could’ve of least help as that is part of his job and to provide “good customer service “ He shouldn’t have that role if he doesn’t know how to lead & show good customer service. He needs better training and a new attitude. Avoid this store, there are other better Smith’s store where they have better customer service."

"Not sure if you can tell but this is a pick of easily 70 plus ppl waiting in line becuase there is just one clerk. The assisted bagging line is straight back to the end of the store. I will never ever come back Never seen anything like it. zero workers offering to open another lane either. This place is a disaster"

"This Smith and Silverado Mountain Parkway is awesome. Employees are the greatest. They’re always willing to help you whatever you need. However, you need it any given time very very helpful. I really like this miss a lot. I hang out on that corner a lot too that Charleston Decatur are my two favorite corners, maybe I’ll see you guys out there one day who knows but I’m there a lot there’s a lot of things on that corner McDonald’s Chevron a lot of things on that corner.
