"Went to family Dollar on Decatur and lake Mead yesterday around 5:30pm to buy a gallon milk for my kids the milk was spoiled now I'm trying to call them to let them know and their phone number is disconnected"

"I bought 2 roach motel bug traps. The price on the shelf was $2.65. The cashier told me it was $2.90, because that was in the system. I said no, it's $2.65. She said $2.90. I said that was not the price on the shelf. So she did go do a price check, but she had an attitude about it. When she came back to the cash register, the woman behind me asked if she was having a good day, and the cashier just grimaced. When I got my items, I said "Thank you," and she ignored me. Really? I'm the customer, she should be saying Thank You. I wasn't rude to her. Since when is it a problem to ask for a price check? Get over yourself!"

"Rude staff I was followed by this blonde woman all over the store because I was not wearing my best clothing this morning I had to drive my husband to work real quick so I just threw on some sweats so she proceeded to follow me maybe because I'm Hispanic looking I don't know. I don't appreciate it and I already wrote the corporate office about it. Not a good look maybe this is a high crime area or something."

"Family Dollar, has increased their prices excluding their brand. The FD Brand is a lot cheaper most of the time. The freezer section, those items are high as well. Laundry detergent, is the same price, in the grocery stores. These stores, are always kept hot, for some strange reason. Its in a great location. Store, us kept clean. Minus when they get deliveries, it becomes difficult, to get around in the isles. They normally only have 1 checkstand open, and I'm not real sure why. There's employees on duty, therefore I don't understand why There's normally a line,bro check out. Most staff, is friendly. There are a few, that you can tell they clearly just don't want to be there. The location, is excellent, near a bunch of other stores as well."
