"I am disabled . This CVS takes good care of me. The pharmacy provides personal assistance. They answer all my questions. The store staff are sweet and helpful. So friendly. The store has a wide varied selection. Make-up is cheaper here than at big discount stores like Walmart."

"This post is about only the CVS at Eastern and Horizon Ridge Pkwy in Henderson. The staff here is truly magnificent. I am disabled. The staff in the pharmacy and store help me with everything. They are kind and never make me feel like a nuisance. I am isolated due to my disabilities. I consider the people at this CVS part of my support network. They are that helpful and that special."

"I happened to call during their lunch break but rather than forward to voicemail or answer the phone and say they are at lunch, they picked the phone up and hung it back up five times in a row. I thought there was an electronic problem until I started hearing the plastic crashing from the phone being slammed back down. Now I am upset, not going to be deterred by what appears to be a 12 year old working the pharmacy - the 6th time, they finally answered and said we are at lunch call back after two pm and hung up on me again. I called back at 2:06 and got a manager who had no idea, knew nothing except "we have the right to take a lunch break" and I said ok, but since when does everyone go to lunch at the same time? No response except call corporate if I don't like it (I already did). The manager is complicit, incompetent and probably a big reason why CVS is going out of business. They employ overgrown 12 year olds with judgement issues and manage them with even more overgrown teenagers that can only bellow about their right to a "lunch break". Absolutely ridiculous. Do not use this pharmacy. The CVS at 1551 W Sunset in Las Vegas is professional and does not pull this nonsense. Ever."

"I was told that I could pick up my prescription in 2 days. I called to verify that it was ready and was then told that the script had expired. So I'm now without any medication. I get an emergency 7 day supply. Now they tell me it can't be filled until next month. Oh wait, now they are out of stock. I will be filing a complaint against the pharmacistwho would not provide a name or license number. Apparently mental health medications and patients experiencing withdrawal is pretty funny."

"I had an amazing time shopping at this cvs location. The store was clean and easy to navigate. The team / staff are friendly and pleasant. The items I needed are easily / readily available. Thank you for the great visit."
