"Worst customer service in the pharmacy by the pharmacist named Lisa I've ever had in my life. I was trying to get my prescription one day sooner because I'm going out of town. they explained to me pretty quickly they can't do that due to the law because of the way this group's written. I understand that but I was looking for other options just asking when I could get it they said you could pick it up as early as Sunday. I proceeded to ask for the pharmacist which was Lisa! and she got on the phone and said I was right next to the tech you were speaking with and there's nothing I'm going to be able to do because I don't understand why you don't have any left blah blah blah. The medication is due to be ended as of Saturday I can pick it up Sunday she said they are able to transfer it to another Walgreens and Sunday. I was going to ask if they could transfer it to a Walmart because where we're going there is no Walgreens around.....but before I can even get the question off Lisa hung up on me. I called back just to let them know how bad they made me feel and a horrible of the customer service was and Lisa told me feel free to call corporate and hung up again. It's simple to take care of your patients.. and I definitely understand essential workers I'm one of them. I've used Walgreens forever and I'm not expecting them to bend any rules but I do expect higher service of customer appreciation and listening to them to make sure all their questions are answered before they hang up the phone. The pharmacist Lisa is probably a great pharmacist but definitely needs to learn on her customer relations skills as she does deal with giving out medications to people who trust her and giving her the right true exact answers. Which the answer I was looking for here is yes you can transfer it to a Walmart not an issue.. I figured that out by googling it not by Lisa. Lisa probably needs to go back and take a people relations class or something. Definitely will be bringing this to the board"
