"I'm dealing with cancer and this CVS is currently holding my pain medication hostage because they haven't got approval from my insurance yet. They also refuse to allow me to cash pay because it's against the rules?! Their manager refuses to call me to fix the situation!! Way to allow a customer you have had for 12 years suffer!!! I will be changing my pharmacy asap."
"CVS on Sunset has really improved. I used to drive to the second location but that one closed. Now that this one is the only one the management has greatly improved!! Keep up the fantastic job and service ❤️❤️❤️"
"You kinda get what you expect at this location, but my favorite part is the late hours. It should be 24 hour but open to midnight I guess’ll have to do. I really enjoyed shopping the selection here and looking for good deals. All the employees at this location were eager to help me, even though I was kind of just shopping around and lollygagging. I normally don’t want you to support mega corporations like this but sometimes the local shops aren’t even open past 6 PM so when you get off at 7 PM, there’s not many options for you besides places like this, so it’s good to know this one isn’t terrible. Be kind to the people that work here"
"Went to pick up prescriptions that my husband dropped off at 12 noon. It's now 715 and I got here. And they told me they weren't ready to give him 30 minutes. they told me 30 minutes at 5 thirty, so she went back in the back and said. Okay, we'll get them ready for you. She walked away from the counter and came back and they called me to say they were ready. And the girl that helped me before was now eating and drinking while she was serving me and on top of that, she was coughing without covering her mouth. That is so unprofessional and with all of the flu season. And COVID still going around. I didn't appreciate her coughing without covering her mouth. And she did that several times while I was standing at the counter. She was a foreign speaking person. Wearing a green and gold trim scarf wrapped around her neck and her hair on top of her head.. It doesn't surprise me that CVS stores are closing. If this is the way they're going to serve their customers being a pharmacy. They should be treating you with the utmost sensitivity of germs going around. If she's going to cough, she needs a mask if she can't cover her mouth. There is ACV s not too far from this location. That closed, and now I'm beginning to see why. I hope that you can get this girl under control. And at least make her stop eating while she's serving customers and then coughing without covering her mouth while they're standing right in front of her. Very, very unprofessional."
"I stop for a 2 liter of Sprite and where any other store would have 2 liters, there’s 1.25 liter bottles on the shelves priced what 2 liter sodas cost. CVS agreed to that. CVS corroborated with Coca-Cola to do a disservice to their customers. And this is CVS in a nutshell. If it isn’t taking every opportunity to price gouge their customers, than it’s their automated check out systems malfunctioning or the employees each having to do the work of 3 people. CVS is as cheap as they get & have taken any and all humanization out of… health and wellness. Go figure. I’m going to write complaints every single time I visit a CVS. Top 5 worst companies in America, hands down! RIP OFF CENTRAL and epitome of why corporations SUCK."
