"I love Walgreens! They usually carry different off the wall items, I like that. Their after Christmas sale was CRAZY.. 80% off!!!"

"They play games with pain medication. Causing pain clients to wait all day on medication they had a refill for a week on. This happens every month. All other meds go thru without issue within a couple hours. Don't go here. Management will just hang up on you. They refuse to actually help you at all. Always claiming to be backed up. This pharmacy makes all walgreens look bad."

"I drive at the window, the pharmacy worker saw me then turned away and walked toward the door then turn around and took her sweet time came to the window asked me for the name I told her it was for my pet she then had the nerves to turn her head and look at me rudely and stood there. Told mentioned to her again it was for my pet I will give you my phone number “attitude” she then typed the info and tossed her head around got someone else’s medications then she had to go back to get the right one. Tells me the price of it rolling her eyes I asked her was that with the discount she says what and slams the phone down. She then looks at me picks the phone back up rudely I ask her again yes then slams the phone again. Took my card to pay for it with her hand in the window head turned the other way. When she gave my card back to me through the window she just stood there with her head turned again. I then waited for her to get back on the phone to say thank you. Nope she close the drawer and lastly turned her head once more and I told her she was very rude, though I’m sure she didn’t hear me. 12/26/23 @ 6:07. She’s not tall or short with black hair pulled in a bun. Very rude young lady.. Where is the customer service. Someone really pissed her off tonight."

"I just went to pick up some at home Covid tests. I couldn’t find them and the first person I asked for help said the tests were by the greeting cards. Luckily the next person I asked for help from walked me over to the tests, and he is the sole reason I’m giving a two star review. When I got to the check stand the cashier didn’t say anything to me, but when I asked him how he was doing he yelled (I kid you not) “God DAMN IT. I’m supposed to go on my break and no one has relieved me! Jesus Christ!” To which I just wanted to buy my tests and leave. There’s always something weird going on at this Walgreens. Will be back because it’s close and it’s always entertaining there."

"They canceled my same day picture order without notice. Jessi who assisted me was condescending and unhelpful. She told me they canceled my order because their 4x6 machine was down, however all other sizes were working and available. I asked why not just print it on another paper she said I would have to resend it and I would be charged for the other size even though it's only an inch difference. This is why I prefer to shop at smaller businesses that actually care about customers. A mom and pop shop would have recognized the inconvenience and offered something comparable for the same price. Jessi just kept shrugging her shoulders and telling me to have a good day."
