"The layout of the aisles is well thought out. Freezer section in the middle right before checking out. Customer Service workers are always friendly and efficient, I love getting money orders from here. This is a good store, not top of the line, but convenient, fresh and inexpensive."

"Celine at self check out is a beautiful person with a kind heart. She was very helpful. As a senior, and veteran. $25 a month for food in this economy doesn't go far. I'm slowly starving. I've lost 70lbs in 6 months. Smiths is my favorite store!"

"I’ve been a customer here since 2021, I have a mailbox here and get a lot of Amazon packages here. The customer service I receive here is ABSOLUTELY outstanding, I’m very impressed by the employees that work. Amazing attitudes, they know my Box number when they see my face. I don’t need a Box anymore, however because of the Vibes at this location, I won’t leave."

"Well the only reason I bothered posting this is because when a store posted that there holiday hours are as followed they should abide by it . This smith’s posted on there web site Christmas holiday hours as followed 6 am to 4 pm .. I drove all the way from summerlin just to get here at 3:10 and there r carts in front of the door !!So mad there has been about 20 + cars pulling up after I did very disappointing!!! SMH"

"I was especially appreciative of the young man who assisted us when he noticed us looking lost in the dessert isle. He went above and beyond the "norm" to be helpful. I didn't get his name I just remember his Mohawk style pink hair, which I thought was very flattering."
