"Most of the managers take no responsibility for their employees or their lack of knowledge. Ordering through the app is a joke. Every time my order has been wrong. When you call to get help you get the run around and managers pass the buck to their subordinates and do not help. Train your employee shoppers to read since every piece of loose produce should have a label on it identifying what it is. Take the time to train them in all departments. To be on the phone with no resolution for almost an hour is the end of shopping there. I’m done because I do not need to take a beating from employees not willing to resolve problems. Jamal, Juan, Cindy, Lamar are all managers not willing to help when their employees have made mistakes and the customer needs to get everything fixed. It seems the corporate culture at this store is for subordinates never to ask a manager to help them with disgruntled customers"

"It's Albertsons. Everyone here has always been nice to us and there have never been any issues, really. The only people that seem to be discontent are the deli staff, behind the counter. It's usually a huff and a puff and an 'oh, great...here comes another customer' expression on their face, but it's no big deal. This store does attract its fair share of bums, who will go inside and then wait outside the door to hassle you for money. That's to be expected and not really the fault of the store. It's a nuisance, but it doesn't happen all the time. Inside, the store is always clean and selection is good. Produce is fine as is the deli. We come here very often and will continue to do so."

"Today Cindy checked out my groceries and I must say that she restored my faith in humanity. I have never in my life seen an employee work so diligently to ensure customer satisfaction. She was very attentive to everything that I purchased to make sure that I was getting my deals. The lady before me got the deal on soda and Cindy made sure that she got her other free case and offered to go get it for her. She is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Her presence is warm and she is so caring and wonderful. I will continue to come to this location every single time all because of Cindy. She really needs a raise because she is a one of a kind person. Cindy is the best!"

"This Albertsons is THE grocery store to go to in the Spring Valley area. The store is massive and they always have stocked shelves. The staff is very friendly. We order groceries online for pick up and have never had an issue with this store. With the Kroger merger I hope this place stays the same in the years to come. We also utilize the pharmacy here and the pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable and friendly."

"I was in there this morning and bought some meat from the fresh meat case. Looked really nice, nice fresh and red. I paid 6.99 a pound for 93% ground beef. I get home to make my hamburgers. And it looks nice and red on the outside and the insides all brown all the way through it. Here, I thought I was getting fresh ground beef. I guess the joke was on me. Nope, because I will never buy it there again. That's sad when you can't even trust that they will give you fresh meat, and instead, they grind up old and make it look fresh. I'm positive if they were buying it for themselves. It would not be like that. It would be fresh."
