Albertsons

"I normally don’t have any complaints at this Albertsons. They even have improved on expired dates on things. I buy a lot things in this bakery and still hardly no complaints. On b-days I normally bake the cakes. I didn’t have time this time. So I bought a red velvet cake from the cake case. They normally don’t disappoint. And sadly it was very disappointing this time. The cake was very dry. The crumbs (which I could do without anyway were very dry so everyone was trying to scrap off the crumbs but save the icing. I’m very disappointed now that I just didn’t make my daughter’s cake as planned. I think they had an older cake in there. I’ll know better next time. To be clear, most of the staff in the bakery is extremely nice. I doubt the gal helping me even know the condition of the cake."

"I have problems with the Albertson delivery service. Their shoppers suck. They often do not find the correct items, and I have to place multiple orders to actually get all stuff, especially the seltzer. Every time I personally go to the store though, everything is available. I believe the shopper service is just very bad. Albertson should realize soon that a lot of people wont drive cars anymore. I have no plans on buying a car ever again. I would shop myself, pay instore and have it delivered. But that service does not exist. Today, I talked in person to their in store customer service and that was a complete waste of time. They would not even want to give this as info to the manager and demanded I would return to the shop when the manager is available. I am not going to waste more time to improve your service. Seriously. and dont come with Instacard. Their Jabba the Hut employees can barely lift a Twix."

"This was my first visit to Albertsons on West Tropicana and I was impressed. Actually, it was my first visit to an Albertsons period. The store was very clean and presentable. The staff I talked with were all very friendly and courteous. The sales are excellent. I will certainly be back and do my shopping at Albertsons."

"The great news is that the cashier at the store tonight flagged a digital coupon for me on steak that saved me $22. She didn't have to do that and I am grateful. The bad is that there was only one register open as the store continues to try and force everyone to checkout and bag their own groceries. And also that their digital app is so hard to use that you can miss an important coupon like that in the first place. I remember back when stores had price guns and just put the price of everything right on the product - a lot less confusing IMO."
