"Not a good experience and she wrote a terrible review to the court. Asked for payment while my daughter was there with me on the Phone during her session with my daughter. I had insurance and she made me pay the full amount and was already struggling to make ends meet. She won’t work with you on payments, doesn’t bill your insurance, and asked if there was any other options to get counseling in Fernley closer to both our homes and she just pushed my thoughts and feelings aside when trying to work through issues for a relationship with my daughter. She is only worried about her own pocket book. After the terrible sessions going no where…. I still have had relationship with my daughter and have been able to see her in person without a counselor. Debbie is very unprofessional and I would not recommend to anyone!"

"Debbie is the most unprofessional therapist I've ever come across. When I called to schedule an appointment I was told they accepted my insurance and they went ahead and scheduled me. I seen her twice and she did nothing but talk about herself. Who was getting the service me or her? I called 24hrs in advance to cancel my next appointment I had scheduled due to feeling very uncomfortable and I never received a call back. That next day I seen I was charged $150 from Debbie and I thought she charged me for a no show but she claims it was due to being out of network. When I called my insurance to see if she filed a claim there was nothing to show for that. I'm not sure how you provide a service not knowing you don't except that insurance. NOT ONLY ONCE BUT TWICE!!! She won't provide receipts of anything and is charging me $300 and telling me I need to figure it out. She claims she's running a business but is always "out for the week" and she doesn't return phone calls or emails! SHE'S BAD BUSINESS. SHE'S A LIAR AND A THEIF."

"Debbie is very unprofessional. Tammy, the receptionist, made a scheduling error. After making us wait in the lobby for 20 minutes Debbie comes in from walking her dog to inform me she had us down for the wrong time. She made absolutely no effort to apologize for the scheduling error made by Tammy. Debbie informed us that she would not be seeing us and was unhelpful in rescheduling us. Debbie was very rude. We will be looking elsewhere."
