"Very bad customer service the lady on the cashier Donna was very raices and with my coins I was giving her she said u have other coins like if it was disgusting and also she was very unpolite the lady infront ask her to bring me.up first and she said well and was very unprofessional check who u have as an employee I work for a family dollar and dollar tree and we need to have good customer service other wise why be there if u have different nationalities going in there come on"

"This was a Horrible/wild experience! I'm a regular at this location. Respectfully-the tattoed Female cashier caught someone stealing,young lady was walking out w a pink bag,THE CASHIER,left her register,snatched the bag fr the lady,shoved her ,while ranting,No Bit!h, you're not stealing my shi+! Myself and 2 other lady's looked at each other in disgust. We advised THE CASHIER,it wasn't safe for her to do that-Risk getting hurt behind Dollar Tree, we also advised her,Dollar Tree is a corporation that can recover and still run a successful business when people steal.THE CASHIER replied: "she had about $60 worth of OUR shi+ in there!", all the nail shi+! Again ,we just stared in disgust! I replied, well that's all I'm gonna say about that! I'm escalating this to corporate, NOONE should be able to have the privilege of working w the public/ being emoloyed behaving that way.TRUE- the young lady shouldnt have stolen anything, but ,that's what LVPD is for & Dollar Tree could hire security.1 of the women in line even stated: I don't care if it's $1,000 of merchandise,don't Risk getting hurt/your life behind Dollar Tree! THE CASHIER didn't care what we said, she felt she was right & stated she'll do it again, I told THE CASHIER, DO SOMETHING WRONG, they'll let you go in a heartbeat,THE CASHIER does not care & that's sad. On other occasions when I've visited the store,This particular cashier has always been unprofessional, I know all her business,because she talks loud & about it while ringing us up, very aggressive attitude,she's a handful-my opinion."

"I've been at this particular location twice. Both times same guy. Usually when I say hello to someone, I at least get a grunt of acknowledgment, but not with this guy. Doest say a word. Doesn't smile. Worst customer service I have ever had. I'll travel further for the smile."
