"Ordered flowers for delivery for a friend that passed away unexpectedly. 6 minutes before the driver picked them up, they cancelled half my order but still charged me every cent of delivery fees. Tried calling the physical store twice and was kicked around departments because apparently they were doing deliveries even after the department closed. Both times I called, I got transferred around until I was hung up on. Called the corporate customer service line. Both called I made to them (so four total now) I talked with people overseas about cancelling the order. First call agent had a terrible headset and I couldn't hear her through what sounded like her messing with her headset. She hung up on me. Last call of the night, tried cancelling the order so I could redo it (because again, Albertson's screwed it up 6 minutes before pickup). Talked to another offshores customer service agent who promised me everything was cancelled and everything would be refunded to me. Lo and behold, I get an email 30 mins later that my order, which was supposedly cancelled, was just delivered. Thank you so very much to those wonderful employees at this store and call center for helping a guy mourn his dead friend. My only hope is that you are treated with every ounce of respect you gave me when the time comes for this situation to happen for you all."

"It is amazing that this store always has things marked for sale but when you get to the checkout it is never what it says it supposed to be if it’s supposed to be two for seven well then you should be charged two for seven not 429 each. I wonder how many thousands of dollars each week is over spent on items that are mismarked and their checkout scanner as opposed to what’s listed on the shelves amazing"

"The Jewel of Las Vegas (literally, I moved here from Chicago and it is owned by the same company as Jewel). They have many of the same brands, and the Signature brand (their home brand) are exactly the same. I only wish they could get more Chicago branded things out here. For example, they carry Vienna relish and giardiniera, but not Vienna beef nor hot dogs. Carrying these and more varieties of Connie's pizza would definitely earn a 5 star review."

"One thing I like about this particular Albertson's is the fact that you can easily make friends with the helpful staff. Whether it's the easy-going self-checkout ladies calling you "hon" and helping you immediately, the jokey butcher staff, or the magnificent Judy K with the alcohol, Albertson's on Cheyenne and Soaring Gulls is a nice little respite after work. Good selection. Good prices. Recommend."

"Great store!!! I was in the meat department and was amazed by the low prices and the quality of meat. The butcher's here actually cut the meat the way you want & there’s a butcher’s block! Istrongly suggest calling ahead if you have, want, need a big order. Speak with Mrs. Evette. She’s the block supervisor who possibly can order whatever fresh seafood you want/need. Get with the managers of each respective department for your fresh quality needs.There's also a Starbucks, produce, bakery, deli, sushi, floral, and postal service here too. Nice clean store with great quality selections."
