"My neighborhood store is always the best. The older lady in self check out needs to smile more and say hi to customers. She so bland.. other than that I love my local Sprouts store."

"This place is still a good alternative to Whole Foods, and the service is still pretty decent. However, if you have an issue with something (in my case, food that we got from the meat section that had so much salt, we had to toss it out), you will quickly be met with, "Well, there's nothing I can do about that"..or, more often, a very hurried staff member that clearly doesn't want to deal with the issue. This is a constant, but not enough to dissuade me from going somewhere else. Still, the staff is usually quite friendly and the food is very good, as is the quality."

"I normally do not shop at Sprouts. However, this Sprouts is right by my dog sitter, so I come in here specifically to pick up their pre made salads. Their salads are fresh, great quality and good portions. I prefer them than any grocery store. Sprouts is the best for pre made salads. They also gave fresh fruits and vegetables at a fair price. It’s a good size store easy to find exactly what you are looking without having to wander around a huge grocery store. The cashiers are always friendly. They also have great healthy snacks to choose from as well as their variety selections of teas and juices."

"This Sprouts Market is not the biggest nor the cleanest within the Sprouts chain that I have patronized. And the personnel here are sufficiently friendly, but not as noticeably friendly and helpful as in other Sprouts that I've shopped. This store is following health and safety standards as established by the state of Nevada. Masks and distancing are mandated, and the employees do wear gloves. But there appears to be something lacking in this particular store that other Sprouts have. If I were to guess, I would say it's mostly due to the staff, which somehow tends to be less friendly, happy, and willing to offer help and assistance. Unlike other Sprouts Stores where you get a "hello" and a smile when you walk-in, you don't when you walk into this store. The store's location may have something to do with the employee-customer interaction. I can't blame the store, but many people are milling about panhandling just outside the store entrance. These people may be causing the overall sense for employees not to be as friendly. As I've always said, it is the people of a business that sets them apart from the competition. That said, this store has what other Sprouts have; it is relatively clean, and I can't find anything particularly wrong, so this three-star review is appropriate."
