"I made my appointment on 3/4 for 3/29 as it was the soonest availability for the Therapist that sounded like the best fit for me. This morning after I confirmed my appointment, I received an email stating the Therapist is now going to unexpectedly be out of the office for the remainder of the week and that if I want to reschedule I have to call them back. Clearly I wanted the appointment which is why I scheduled it. Basically I wasted 3 weeks waiting for an appointment that was cancelled. Thank you Mind and body counseling for wasting 3 VERY hard weeks of my time. I waited years before reaching out to a therapist after a bad experience, which is why I wanted to wait for the Therapist that sounded like the best fit. If you need help in a timely matter I suggest looking someplace else. Unfortunately, they have once again left me feeling like reaching out for help is pointless. Which I'm pretty sure is the exact opposite way they're supposed to make you feel."

"Everything here feels so calming and confidential. As soon as you walk in there is a calming waiting room and when you check in, your information is immediately blacked out. If two people are in line, they open a second window to check you in or if a call comes in they shut a window for privacy. I LOVE seeing Brenda, I was able to immediately be vulnerable with her on my first appointment which speaks volumes to how comfortable she made me feel. She took the time to get to know me and provides strategies that aline with my beliefs and ideologies. I am more than thankful for her professionalism and support through these hard times."
