"Well I found out that these people are very nice and they're very concerned about your mental health they help you with things that you normally can't do good job"
"MALPRACTICE. Don't go here if you value your mental health and PHYSICAL health. Do not go to any health facility in this city. Go anywhere else."
"I'm only giving one star because I have no choice, but the people that run this clinic need to be JAILED. The torment that they've caused myself and my family over the last 10 years is nothing short of despicable. They don't TREAT mental illness, they EXACERBATE it, even CAUSE it. Go or take your family member somewhere else, ANYWHERE else. These people are beyond unprofessional and inappropriate, and an investigation into the entirety of this facility definitely needs to happen. I'll be first on Lawsuit Day."
"Worst organization I have ever dealt with. Don't expect to get any help there"
"Has been a train wreck in the past. Systemic problems with staffing and perpetuating stigma. But their is hope if they can put their theory "client centered, recovery model" into practice. Seemingly, a chasm between the two. In the spirit of recovery their needs to be some mutual respect practiced at a deeper level than just avoiding strife. Still no on site psychiatrist, and turn over from the temporary agency is out of sight. Clients have told me they "have to tell their story over each appointment", the "new one doesn't read my file"".. "Why not?" I think they don't read the file because they are not trained to. Poor quality care. Just a bunch of back wood social worker types trying to make it to retirement on there cushy county job."
