"Honestly it’s such a shame because you can tell Dr Ivie cares about her patients… but I do not understand how you STILL haven’t fixed the poor business practices and the management/front office; no one is ever on the same page and we constantly have to correct the front office. This is your practice Jocelyn, why don’t you rehire and fix the incompetence from your office? This is such a straightforward manner, your office is a reflection of you. How do you plan to help and heal people when you have people with disgusting personalities up front, are always running behind by 2-3 hours (no one has that kind of time to sit around), and the fact that NO one answers the phone, if people hate their life that much that they take it out on your patients then you have a responsible to fix it. It’s embarrassing really, if I was in Dr Ivie shoes I would fix my office before I bother fixing others. Your legacy will always be remembered as a doctor who seems like she cares and is good at her job, but it will always be overshadowed by the incompetence and disgusting business practices exhibited here. Makes me wonder if the only thing you truly care about, is the paycheck and you don’t actually care about healing or helping others. You have a responsibility to your patients to make sure your office runs well, we can never get anyone on the phone and if we ever do they’re the nastiest humans who hate their lives and take it out on the patients who frankly don’t deserve it as they’re already dealing with their own medical problems. Is this what you really went to 8+ years of school for? To make your patients lives miserable? At this point have no choice but to file BBB report, report you guys to the medical board, and take other necessary steps because it’s evident you’ll never change, there’s reviews going back 4-6 years of the same complaints. Dr Ivie only cares about $."
