However, I never got the chance to meet the doctor because the receptionist and scheduler never called me back after four calls to them and at least 4 to 5 weeks of trying. I don’t know if the doctor is aware of this incompetence, or Negligence, but it is hurting her business and her reputation. I am seeking out a new doctor, because I can no longer tolerate this kind of service and incompetence"

"Dr Roberts is outstanding! But her staff front desk whoever Halie is leave much to be desired. Whenever you call you are on hold for long periods. Halie left a message for me to call her back at an extension number to go over my test results. So I called and the get hung up on over and over. It won’t allow me to leave a message. I call the front desk and they say they will leave her a message to call me. I can’t imagine if I was a pregnant lady and being ignored like this"

"Dr. Roberts is a great doctor from the one visit I had with her. This review is in response to her front desk team and the billing department that manages patient billing. I saw Dr. Roberts in August of 2023 and was a cash paying patient. I was quoted a certain amount for the visit and paid that full amount the day I came in. I received an additional almost $500 in bills after my visit. There is no explanation on the bills for the extra charges. I have called her office a total of 7 times leaving messages asking for someone to please call me back to understand these bills. There was no explanation at my check in or during the visit for any additional labs or services that would be done during the visit. I finally received a call back today from the billing office manager, Jewels. I explained to her my experience. She explained to me that the office has a certain protocol that involves mandatory labs that they do for EVERY visit like the one I had. The total for this was around an additional $265 I told her this wasn't communicated to me and should have been when I requested a quote on this specific visit. She then tried to say that her front office is not medical staff and can not give quotes for "potential" tests (even though she had mentioned these labs are done EVERY TIME for the kind of appointment I had). I tried to discuss this with her at which point she asked me not to interrupt and threatened to hang up on me. I told her I was trying to clarify and at that point she hung up on me. It is really unfortunate that this office, as a representation of Dr. Roberts, can not be responsible enough to respond to their patients questions or requests for a call back in any kind of timely manner. I HAVE WAITED FIVE MONTHS FOR A RETURN CALL, ONLY TO BE HUNG UP ON. It is also really unfortunate that they do not disclose their mandatory protocols for certain visits that will add on an additional $500. I can understand that there may be unforeseen labs that could be added to the visit. However, if there is a REQUIRED protocol that adds an additional several hundred dollars, this should be communicated when a patient asks for the cost of the visit. They also could not explain to me and said they had NO RECORD of why I was billed an additional $226.10 (in addition to the above $265 in required labs) from their office for that same date of service. Why am I responsible to pay a bill that was not communicated to me and can not be explained by this doctor's office and they have no record of it? Jules should not be in a customer service position in the billing department if she can not be mature enough to not hang up on Dr. Roberts patients and answer their billing questions. This is an extremely frustrating and ridiculous experience."

"Dr. Roberts is very knowledgeable and makes her patients a priority. I have had a very positive experience with her, throughout my pregnancy and the delivery of my baby. I definitely will recommend her to anyone looking for an OB. Tina and Vicky at the Meadows center are amazing. I also had encouters with Dr. Wurm. She is also great. Thanks to you all for the care I received."
