"I will never go back here, she took me off of my medication that was working for night sweats and hot flashes and put me on an over the counter medication, the medication says 2-3 months to work, I stuck with it for 4 months now and it is still not working. When I called and asked for a new prescription for the medication I was previously on she said she would not fill the prescription and that I had to find another provider if I wanted to go back on the previous medication. So instead of her calling me to see if there was something else I might be able to take it was just her way or the highway. Very poor service, she does not care that the issues I am having are tearing apart my life. She must get a kick back for the over the counter medication."
