"I am a long time patient of Dr. Herpolsheimer. I like that he gives me specific, medical fact based answers when I have questions rather than general, high level information. I am especially pleased that the office runs efficiently and doesn't appear to overbook. It is refreshing to have a doctor that values my time as well as his own."

"WHASN has a policy of scheduling you with different providers so you get to know all the doctors when it comes time to deliver your baby (because who knows who will be on call that day). However, they do not seem to get to know a patient through all those visits. If you are going to have your doctors rotate through patients, then I would expect them to review my medical chart so I can have some semblance of continuity of care. I started going to this location because of Dr. Ivie and I would stay if I could only see Dr. Ivie. But in the whole last year I've been going for my pregnancy I have only seen her twice (thankfully once was actually for the delivery). The "check ups" are only my weight, blood pressure, and fetal heart rate. No measurement of fundal height, checking feet/hands/face for swelling, etc. And when I do address a concern, it's either brushed off or I'm sent out for a referral. I'm not quite sure what I was coming in for all those times."

"I had a great experience during my visit, staff is great, was seen within a resonable time. However, when I call to schedule future appointments or have questions I can never get through to anyone. I have left messages but do not get someone to call me back to address my concerns. I feel that staff should be more accessible for their patients. But other than that my experience was great."

"I've been going to this OBGYN for over 10 years and I will not be returning purely because of Dr. Herpolsheimer. He was extremely rude and lacked any empathy. I may have suffered from a miscarriage and he showed zero bedside manners, was extremely condescending and was just overall not pleasant. If you do go to WHASN request that he is not your doctor because he truly made my experience much worse than it already needed to be."
